Shipping Policy

Enjoy free express shipping on every order: no minimum order and no extra cost. The shipping charge at checkout is $0.00.

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. These are the countries you can choose at checkout. We are not able to ship to other countries at the moment.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are shipped on the next business day.
• We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, are shipped on Monday.

Shipping delays may occur during peak or holiday seasons.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Shipping timelines may vary based on location. [EDIT: typical delivery time for US and UK orders, e.g. "X to Y business days"]

When your order leaves us, we email you the tracking information so you can follow your parcel. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not shipped yet. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we may not be able to change it.

UK orders ship with the same free express shipping. Import taxes or duties may apply to international parcels. [EDIT: confirm whether UK import VAT or duties are included in the price or paid by the customer on delivery]

If your SeroVital Advanced order is delayed, lost, or has not arrived within the expected time:

1. First, check the tracking information we emailed you.
2. If there is no update, email support@serovitaladvanced.com with your order number.
3. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
